Do you
carry the parts for my appliance?
In MOST cases, the repair can be completed with only one visit.
If any parts need to be ordered, we have several dependable sources of parts, so your
machine can be up and running as soon as possible. If a return call is necessary, you will
NOT be charged an additional service call.

Can
you tell me what the problem is over the phone?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to diagnose a problem over the
phone. Not only is a visual inspection necessary, certain tests need to be performed to
determine the EXACT cause of the problem, and in some cases, what caused the problem.


How
much do you charge to add "Freon" to my fridge (or a/c)?
It all depends on where the leak is, and how much it costs to fix
it. Since it is against the law to add refrigerant to a leaking system, the leak MUST be
repaired first, and the system must be certified as leak free, before any refrigerant can
be added. Check the links page

Should
I bring my air conditioner to you to fix?
NO! Our service includes picking up the unit at your house, and
bringing it back when the job is finished. It is beneficial for me to see the type of
installation, in order to determine if the right unit is being used under the proper
conditions.
